With over two decades of experience in teams of staff and volunteers in a vast variety of projects and programs, working at the coalface and leading teams within the community services and corporate arenas, Amanda has a wealth of real-life experience which add greater context to her facilitation and coaching that allows participants to engage with her sessions in a much more relatable and impactful way.

Amanda also has over a decade of facilitation, including experience with Australia’s leading community service and emergency service organizations.

Amanda has a proven track record for engaging well with varied audiences from youth workers to young people (especially young men), from Tradies to corporate executives.

Amanda uses her social work background to offer additional support and and self reflection to her participants throughout the learning process.

Amanda has verified WWCC, National Police Check, is fully insured and qualified.

A Certified Creator Coach,  Amanda also holds a Bachelor Business Administration, Graduate Diploma in Human Services, Certificate IV Training and Assessment, is an Accredited Mental Health First Aid Instructor and a Member of Australian Community Workers Association.
